Dr. Zev Nathan is a double board-certified psychiatrist with over three decades of experience treating children, adolescents, and adults with complex mental health conditions. Known for his compassion, intellect, and curiosity, Dr. Nathan has dedicated his career to advancing mental health care and mentoring the next generation of clinicians.

Dr. Nathan is especially interested in complex psychiatric presentations, including severely mentally ill patients, individuals with chronic illness, and those navigating issues around gender identity. His other clinical interests include adoption, sexuality, advances in psychopharmacology, and the emerging role of psychedelics in psychotherapy.
He has spent more than a decade at Harbor-UCLA, where he trained and supervised medical residents in child and adolescent psychiatry.
